The amazing views of Mt. Subasio from my room were a highlight, making waking up each morning a pleasure.

The breakfast could benefit from a few more healthy options, as the selection leaned heavily toward pastries and sweet items.

No complaint, overall pleasant and wonderful place.

I loved the stay and would consider staying here again. The personal was outstandingly helpful. The location was central, excellent to a good local restaurant. Besides, it was very close to the valley and mountains, shops, restaurants and main piazza, and the historical centre.

Staying here was a good experience, especially for exploring the charming town of Spello. The room I had was spacious and comfortable with a amazing view right outside my window. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast spread, which included lovely pastries and fresh fruits that set a pleasant tone for the day. The friendly and attentive staff, remembering my coffee preference after just one mention. Although the hotel is located a bit uphill, the beautiful scenery you see while walking is definitely worth it!

Got exceptionally clean room with views over the valley as well as comfortable bed - always come in handy. I greatly enjoyed the location that was very central and next to medieval Spello and Assisi : and shops, restaurants and main piazza. It also was to a good local restaurant.

enjoyable stay but minor improvements needed

The views from my room were amazing, that of the olive groves was a lovely sight to wake up to every morning. The staff were genuinely great, resulting in a warm atmosphere throughout my stay. Breakfast on the charming terrace included fresh fruits and pastries that set a nice tone for the day.

Outstanding view from our room. Beautiful bathroom and bedroom.Parking across the street. a gem right in the heart of Spello.Definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

This hotel is wonderfully located in the heart of the old quarter of Spello. The proprietor is very helpful, the hotel clean and attractive. Best of all is the hotel's terraced restaurant, which presents a panoramic view of the valley below--it was perhaps the most spectacular setting for a restaurant that we enjoyed during our three-week tour of Italy. The food was quite good as well, and the service excellent. We very much enjoyed our brief stay at this hotel in a city whose considerable charms came as a complete surprise.

It's not a criticism of the hotel, but I just think that it would be helpful for guests arriving by car to know that the streets leading to the hotel are rather narrow and steep, and that you might want to screw up your courage before negotiating the old city.

The staff were warm, and we enjoyed the convenience of having a lovely terrace for breakfast. The location is perfect for exploring the charming little city.

My kids wished for a fridge in the room.

Location: the hotel was not far from good restaurants perfect athmosphere, and Umbria, Tuscany, & the Marches. It was quiet, the room was immaculate and had an extremely comfy bed...
